We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented independent contractor to assist with data entry for an ongoing document automation project. Tasks include inputting structured information, updating templates, and following logic-based instructions with precision.

🕒 Hours: 10 hours per week — potential to expand if you're a great fit and want more work

🌐 Location: Remote, but must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

📞 Meetings: 15-minute weekly check-in via Zoom, Slack, or phone (day/time TBD)

💼 Contractor Role: You’ll need to submit a resume and include your fee - hourly rate, flat fee, or project-based rate for consideration

🧾 Invoicing: Must be able to be paid by invoice, and be able to issue invoice bi-weekly or monthly for a U.S.-based client

⚙️ Tech Experience: Please list any platforms you’ve worked with — especially tools like Dubsado, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, or anything related to automation or AI (big bonus points for experience there!)
